Sales Executive – Contact Centre Solutions - Toronto

 

Position Summary

This enterprise sales position focuses on selling mission critical Customer Interaction Management and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions to medium and large enterprise clients. Sales Executive is responsible for developing revenue through New Business Generation, Strategic Account Development, Installed Base Account Management and Partner sales.   

 

Duties & Responsibilities

·         Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain a corresponding sales funnel. Managing customers and pipeline as account base grows

·         Accurately developing and managing forecasts, while properly communicating progress against those forecasts

·         Prospecting, qualifying and developing new customer sales opportunities

·         Driving growth by identifying and closing new business and market opportunities

This Canadian-based software vendor sells solutions to state- and municipal-level departments of transportation. They are looking for a solution sales specialist, ideally with experience selling a technical solution to government accounts. This position is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

 

Summary

The Manager is an outside sales professional, responsible for developing business opportunities throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East.  An experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record of success in selling complex, long lead-time, specialized equipment and/or professional services is most suitable.

 

Responsibilities

  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Auto Dealer Solution Software Sales Agent - Vancouver, B.C.

Our client is an IBM Premier Business Partner - System & Software, with more than 30 years experience in implementation, development and technical support. Over the years, they have developed and implemented a software solution customized to the needs of the Automotive Dealership Industry.  This software product has now been certified by a vast number of automotive manufacturers.

Due to the expansion of its territory through British Columbia, our client is presently looking for a Sales Agent whose work will translate into proposing the sale of our software to Dealerships.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for all the Sales Cycle in the British Columbia region, including canvassing and Sales development. You will also have to advise and inform our customers and prepare your own tenders. You would also be permitted to represent other non-competing products of third party dealership products and/or solutions to any dealerships as you so choose.

This is a position remunerated on a commission basis only.  For each sale, you will be entitled to a substantial commission.  Certain expenses will be paid by our client within the frame of canvassing work and also upon training on their software. Our client provides all the administrative support, logistic and marketing required in your functions.

The successful candidate will have more than five years in the Sales field. Knowledge of the car and truck dealership field is an asset.

Auto Dealer Solution Account Manager – Vancouver

 

Our auto dealer solution tech vendor client is looking for an outgoing Account Manager who can continue to strengthen relationships with existing clients while growing sales in the territory.  Successful Account Managers have strong customer service backgrounds, but are looking for more income potential, less structure, and more travel than a traditional customer service role. The BC territory includes most of BC including the Okanagan Valley and the Island, however most of the business will be based in Vancouver.

Engagement Manager - Toronto (On Hold)

The Engagement Manager will be responsible for a group of customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our clients software platform and ongoing client relationship management.
