Sales Executive - Contact Centre Solutions - Toronto

Position Summary
This enterprise sales position focuses on selling mission critical Customer Interaction Management and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions to Medium and large enterprise clients. Sales Executive is responsible for developing revenue through New Business Generation, Strategic Account Development, Installed Base Account Management and Partner sales. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Pre-sales specialist to make the move into a full-fledged sales role or for a sales rep with only a few years of experience to take their career to the next level. to take their sales career to the next level.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain a corresponding sales funnel. Managing customers and pipeline as account base grows
· Accurately developing and managing forecasts, while properly communicating progress against those forecasts
· Prospecting, qualifying and developing new customer sales opportunities
· Driving growth by identifying and closing new business and market opportunities
· Enhancing and optimizing business with current customers
· Responsible for proactive outbound programs and lead generation

Education
College or University level education in business/marketing or equivalent experience.

Experience
· from 2-5+ years of sales or pre-sales experience, selling enterprise solutions is required. Knowledge of SaaS selling would be an added bonus.
· A proven track record in sales/pre-sales is a must.
· Results-driven individual with consultative sales experience in the contact center industry
· Thorough knowledge of contact center technologies, including IVR and CTI
· Demonstrated ability to succeed at the most senior levels within organizations
· Aptitude for recognizing the customers' pain and identifying the appropriate solutions to complex issues
· Exceptional communications, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Proven track record of delivering new business revenue against sales targets

Compensation: Base salary $50-80,000, target income $100-150,000

Auto Dealer Solution Software Sales Agent - Vancouver, B.C.


Our client is an IBM Premier Business Partner - System & Software, with more than 30 years experience in implementation, development and technical support. Over the years, they have developed and implemented a software solution customized to the needs of the Automotive Dealership Industry.  This software product has now been certified by a vast number of automotive manufacturers.

Due to the expansion of its territory through British Columbia, our client is presently looking for a Sales Agent whose work will translate into proposing the sale of our software to Dealerships.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for all the Sales Cycle in the British Columbia region, including canvassing and Sales development. You will also have to advise and inform our customers and prepare your own tenders. You would also be permitted to represent other non-competing products of third party dealership products and/or solutions to any dealerships as you so choose.

This is a position remunerated on a commission basis only.  For each sale, you will be entitled to a substantial commission.  Certain expenses will be paid by our client within the frame of canvassing work and also upon training on their software. Our client provides all the administrative support, logistic and marketing required in your functions.

Job Description:

Our client is an international vendor of wealth management solution supplying the banking and brokerage marketplace.

The Product Manager owns one or more products in the company’s product portfolio.  In this capacity, the Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including ensuring that the products support the company's overall strategy and goals.  The Product Manager defines and drives product releases and acts as the intermediary between Product Marketing (representing customers, Sales and Marketing), Development, Testing and Delivery Services. The Product Manager reports directly to the VP of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Develops, maintains and communicates the Internal Product Roadmap, describing release content and the internal view of strategy/rationale supporting it.

·     Manages processes and tools for organizing and tracking input from prospects, customers, and team members to easily recall and leverage this information during key points in development process.

·    Working closely with Development, creates detailed release plans, defining release content (software, standard configuration settings, documentation, installation/migration/implementation tools, training) , development costs and schedules.

·    Reviews and approves detailed product specifications and related analysis deliverables.

·     Conducts regular project reviews with Development to ensure product functionality is being developed according to the product specifications, and that release milestones and costs are on target.

Analog Design Engineer/Characterization Specialist - Semiconductors (Toronto)

Scope

The candidate will design and lay out advanced analog circuits and, as required, lead analog
characterization of new products, develop and maintain methodologies and scripts for efficient and accurate characterization.

Key Accountability Areas

1. Design/layout of new analog blocks which meet specifications provided by senior designers.
2. Development and maintenance of RF/analog characterization methodologies and scripts. Timely characterization of new analog/mixed-signal products.
3. Clear documentation of design and characterization results and distribution to team. Organize team meetings to discuss findings.
4. Work with block designers to analyse documented results and suggest improvements

Senior Product Engineer  - Semiconductors - Toronto

Scope

Our rapidly growing business supplying ICs for electronic products requires a versatile and energetic contributor to ensure that cost-effective product reliability/quality goals are achieved. The ideal candidate has "end to end" exposure from the design test/quality phase through to off-shore production. They are looking for at least 10 years total experience, with at least 3 years as product engineer on multiple products. Candidates require breadth of experience on both design (70%) and manufacture (30%) and should have resolved a wide range of production problems and had full accountability for maintaining yields. Mandarin is an asset but with good English communication skills as well. Strong interpersonal skills are required to coordinate issues among various engineering design teams. In depth knowledge of test is also beneficial.

- MCSE, MCDBA, CCNA preferred
- Degree in computer science or EE engineering preferred
- Experience with MS-Mediaroom not required but highly desirable

Location: San Ramon, CA
Compensation: Approximately $50/hour
